"Think Before You Ink" is the theme of the Philippine Tattoo Artists Guild - CAR Chapter event held on April 8, 2011 at the Planet Music Magic Bar and Restaurant.
The Department of Health conducted a seminar that tackles responsible tattoo operation for the safety of tattoo clients. A tattoo arts exhibition was conducted afterwards.
